PLACING AN ORDER
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please note orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed. This includes shipping address or shipping method updates.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Link by Stripe, Klarna, and Afterpay. Please note only one payment method may be used per order.
Having trouble checking out?
If you receive an error like “Transaction cannot be processed,” please contact your bank to authorize the payment.
Your card/payment method is charged in full at checkout, including applicable taxes and fees.
OUT-OF-STOCK / CANCELED ORDERS
If we need to cancel your order due to product availability, we’ll notify you by email and issue a full refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout based on your shipping address.
PRIVACY / PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your information is safe with us. Everything shared with Reckless Obedience during checkout is treated as confidential. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
U.S. ORDERS
Shipping is included on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States only.
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing.
Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not ship internationally.
SHIPPING POLICY
Standard Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
During peak seasons or collection launches, processing may take longer.
Shipping Changes
We cannot make changes to shipping details once an order has been placed.
Shipping Times
Contiguous U.S.: 4–7 business days once shipped
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: Add 7–10 business days
Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipments once the order has left our facility.
Note: We do not combine multiple orders into one shipment. All shipments are sent individually.
FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PACKAGES
If your order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address or if you fail to pick it up after multiple delivery attempts, it will be returned to us.
Reshipment fees apply and are at your expense.
DAMAGED / OPENED PACKAGE
If your package arrives damaged or opened:
Take clear photos before checking the contents.
If contents are damaged, take additional photos.
Email info@recklessobedience.com with subject line:
“Shipment Damage Claim [Order No.]”Attach all photos of the damage and packaging.
Claims cannot be processed without photo documentation.
SHIPPING PROTECTION
All orders are covered by our shipping partner against loss, damage, or theft.
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to the section above to file a claim.
ORDER STATUS
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns on full-priced items within 15 days of shipment.
Items must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
Free of odors/scents
In original packaging
In saleable condition
Final sale items are non-returnable. No exceptions.
Items that do not meet return standards will be returned to you at your expense.
We reserve the right to determine if merchandise is in saleable condition.
To request a return:
Email info@recklessobedience.com with the subject:
“Purchase Return [Order No.]”
Include your original packing slip to avoid delays.
Please allow 7–14 business days for return processing.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
We do not offer exchanges, store credit, or gift cards.
Please allow 10–14 business days for refunds to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.
Note: Original included shipping fees are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Weather
Holidays
Shipping carrier issues
Events outside of our control
We are also not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to the use of our website or services.
ERRORS AND UPDATES
We reserve the right to correct errors on our website, product listings, or order confirmations.
We may cancel orders impacted by such errors.
